You can share your Powtoon to Microsoft Teams (MS Teams) directly from either the Powtoon Player Page or Powtoon Studio. Both methods send a link to a Teams channel or individual — no file download required.
Note: Sharing to MS Teams requires an active MS Teams account. You must be logged in to MS Teams when you complete the steps below.

Share to MS Teams from the Powtoon Player Page
To share your Powtoon to MS Teams from the Player Page, your Powtoon must first be published to a Powtoon Player Page. See Powtoon Player Page for more information on how to do this.
- Open your Powtoon Player Page.
- Select the MS Teams icon in the sharing options. A pop-up window will appear.
- In the pop-up, select the MS Teams account you want to share from.
► If you are not logged in to MS Teams, you will be prompted to log in before continuing. - Select the individual or channel you want to share the Powtoon to. In the example below, the Powtoon is shared to the Powtoon team channel.
- Click Share.
A confirmation message will appear indicating the link has been shared. You can open MS Teams to verify the post in the selected channel or conversation.
Share to MS Teams from Powtoon Studio
You can also share your Powtoon to MS Teams without leaving Powtoon Studio.
- In Powtoon Studio, click the Export button in the top-right corner.
- Select MS Teams as your sharing destination. A pop-up window will appear.
► If you are not logged in to MS Teams, you will be prompted to log in before continuing. - Select the individual or channel you want to share the Powtoon to. In the example below, the Powtoon is shared to the Powtoon team channel.
- Click Share.
A confirmation message will appear indicating the link has been shared. You can open MS Teams to verify the post in the selected channel or conversation.
Notes:
- Both sharing methods post a link to your Powtoon — they do not upload a video file to MS Teams.
- The recipient must have access to the Powtoon Player Page link to view the content. If your Powtoon is set to private, recipients without a Powtoon account may not be able to view it.
