How to share your Powtoon without a premium export

You can share your Powtoon with anyone — without a premium export — by publishing it to the Powtoon player page and sharing the player page link. To do this, you need to configure three settings during the export process.

Before you begin

This method uses the free player page export rather than a premium MP4 file export. The Powtoon will be publicly accessible via a shareable link, and it will include Powtoon branding (logo and outro).

Required export settings

When you export your Powtoon to the player page, you must configure all three of the following settings:

Set visibility to Public. Your Powtoon must be publicly visible so that anyone with the link can view it.
Enable Powtoon branding. The Powtoon logo and outro must be shown. This is required when using the free player page export.
Select a supported resolution. Choose either Standard 480p or HD Quality 720p. Higher resolutions require a premium export.

How to share your Powtoon without a premium export

To share your Powtoon using the player page:

Open your Powtoon in Powtoon Studio.
Start the export process. See Export your Powtoon to the player page for full steps.
Set visibility to Public.
Enable Powtoon branding (logo and outro).
Select Standard 480p or HD Quality 720p as your resolution.
Complete the export. Once the player page is ready, copy the player page address and share it with your audience.

Note: Anyone with the player page link will be able to view your Powtoon. If you need to restrict access or remove Powtoon branding, a premium export or a paid plan may be required.
