How to upload your Powtoon to HubSpot

If you use HubSpot for inbound marketing, you can export your Powtoon directly to your HubSpot account without leaving Powtoon Studio.

Before you start:

• You must authorize your HubSpot account to accept uploads from Powtoon. This authorization is required only once.
• If you have more than one HubSpot account, you can connect only one of them at a time to your Powtoon username.

Exporting your Powtoon to HubSpot

1. Open your Powtoon in Powtoon Studio, then click Preview & Export in the top toolbar.
   ► If you have already exported this Powtoon before, the button will read Publish instead. Click it to continue.
   Your Powtoon will begin previewing automatically.
2. Click Export (or Publish if this is a subsequent export) to open the export options panel.
3. In the Upload section of the export panel, click HubSpot.
   ► If this is your first time exporting to HubSpot, an account authorization screen will appear. Click Add Account and grant Powtoon permission to upload to your HubSpot account. This step is required only once.
4. If you have already authorized your HubSpot account, click Next to proceed past the account screen.
5. Update the title and details for your Powtoon as needed, then click Next.
6. Set your preferred quality settings, then click Upload Powtoon.

What happens after the upload

When the export process is complete, a confirmation message appears on screen confirming that your Powtoon has been successfully exported. Once the upload to HubSpot finishes, a second confirmation message appears. You will also receive a confirmation email to the address associated with your Powtoon account.

Accessing your Powtoon in HubSpot

Where your uploaded Powtoon appears in HubSpot depends on your HubSpot plan:

• HubSpot Premium users: Your Powtoon is added to your File Manager.
• HubSpot Free users: Access your Powtoon by clicking the attachment icon on any relevant HubSpot form, then selecting Choose from shared files.
