How to duplicate a slide in Powtoon Studio

Duplicating a slide copies all of its content and adds the new slide directly after the original. Use this when you want to reuse a layout or build on an existing slide without starting from scratch.

How to duplicate a slide

1. In Powtoon Studio, locate the slide you want to duplicate in the slide panel.
2. Hover over the slide thumbnail. Three dots appear in the bottom-right corner of the thumbnail.
3. Click the three dots to open the slide menu.
4. Click Duplicate.

The duplicated slide is added immediately after the original slide in the slide panel. It contains an exact copy of all content from the original.

What happens next

After duplicating a slide, you can edit the new slide independently. Any changes you make to the duplicate do not affect the original slide.

Note: The duplicate is placed directly after the original. If you need it in a different position, drag it to the correct location in the slide panel.
