If you can't find your Powtoon account, the most common cause is signing in with a different email address than the one you used to register. In some cases, an account may have been removed due to inactivity or expiration under Powtoon's data and security policy.

Before you start
Gather any email addresses you may have used when you signed up — personal, work, or a company address. If you have access to old Powtoon welcome emails or notification emails, check which address they were sent to. That address is your registered sign-in email.
Steps to find your account
- Go to the Powtoon sign-in page and enter each email address you may have used to register.
- Check whether you signed up with a personal email, a work email, or a company (for example, school or organization) address — and try each one.
- Search your inbox for any past Powtoon emails, such as a welcome message or export notification, to confirm which address is on the account.
- If you find the right email address but cannot sign in, use the Forgot password option on the sign-in page to reset your credentials.
If you still can't find your account
If none of your email addresses return an account, the account may have been removed due to inactivity or expiration under Powtoon's data and security policy. In that case, you will need to create a new account.
