If you can't log in to your Powtoon account, two issues account for most login failures: your account has not been activated yet, or you're using a different email address than the one you signed up with. Work through the checks below before contacting support.
Check 1: Confirm your account is activated
When you create a Powtoon account, Powtoon sends a verification email to the address you used at sign-up. Your account is not active until you open that email and click the verification link.
- Check your inbox for a verification email from Powtoon.
- Check your spam or junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
- Open the email and click the verification link to activate your account.
- Return to the Powtoon login page and try signing in again.

Check 2: Confirm you're using the correct email address
If your account is already activated but you still can't log in, you may be entering a different email address than the one you used to sign up.
- Try any other email addresses you may have used when creating your account.
- If you signed up using Google or another social login, use that login method instead of entering your email and password directly.

Note: If your account is on a team or Business plan, your account access may be managed by your organization's administrator. Contact your administrator before reaching out to Powtoon support.
