How to unsubscribe from Powtoon marketing emails

If you no longer want to receive marketing emails or special offers from Powtoon, you can manage your email preferences directly from any Powtoon email you have received. Changes take effect within 48 hours.

How to unsubscribe from Powtoon marketing emails

To stop receiving marketing emails from Powtoon, follow these steps:

Open any email you have received from Powtoon.
Scroll to the bottom of the email and click the unsubscribe link.
On the Communication Settings Center page that opens, uncheck any email categories you no longer want to receive.
Click Save settings.

Note: Your preferences may take up to 48 hours to take effect. You may still receive emails sent before your changes were saved.

What happens next

Once you save your settings, Powtoon will stop sending you the email types you unchecked. You can return to the Communication Settings Center at any time using the unsubscribe link in a Powtoon email to update your preferences again.

Note: Unsubscribing from marketing emails does not affect transactional emails such as account notifications, billing receipts, or password reset messages. Those emails are sent regardless of your marketing preferences.
