Your Powtoons are tied to your account, not your plan
Every Powtoon you create is associated with the email address you used to sign up. Changing your subscription plan — whether you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel — does not affect your access to the Powtoons you have already created. Your content remains saved in your Workspace regardless of which plan you are on.
What this means when you change plans
When you change your subscription plan, the following applies:
- All Powtoons you have created remain in your Workspace.
- Your content is linked to your account email address, not to a specific plan tier.
- You retain access to your saved Powtoons after the plan change takes effect.
Free account content retention
If you are on a free account, your content is not guaranteed to be retained indefinitely. Powtoon reserves the right to remove or delete content associated with free accounts as needed.
