Didn't receive your Powtoon verification email? Here's what to do
When you sign up for a Powtoon account using your email address, a verification email is sent to you within 20 minutes. If that email hasn't arrived, the steps below will help you resolve it.
What to do if you didn't receive the verification email
- Check your spam or junk folder. The verification email may have been filtered automatically. Look for an email from Powtoon and move it to your inbox if you find it there.
- Confirm your email address is correct. After completing sign-up, Powtoon displays a confirmation screen showing the address the email was sent to. Check that address carefully.
- ► If the address is wrong, click Change on that screen to correct it and resend the verification email.
- ► If you no longer see the confirmation screen, go to powtoon.com/account/verify-email/ to bring it back up.
- Try a different email address if the problem continues. Some school and business email accounts block incoming messages from external senders. If your address falls into this category, sign up again using a personal email address that accepts incoming email.
