How to reset your Powtoon password

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the Powtoon login page. Powtoon will send a reset link to your registered email address so you can create a new password.

Reset your password

1. Go to the Powtoon login page and click Forgot your password?
2. Enter the email address associated with your Powtoon account.
3. Complete the I'm not a robot verification.
4. Click Reset my password. A password reset email will be sent to your inbox.
5. Open the email and click Change Password.
6. Enter your new password. Your password must meet all of the following requirements:
   • At least one lowercase letter
   • At least one uppercase letter
   • At least one number
   • At least one symbol
   • Between 8 and 50 characters
7. Re-enter your new password to confirm it.
8. Click Change Password.

Your password change is confirmed. You can now log in to Powtoon using your new password.

Note: If you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If you signed up using Google or another third-party login, you will need to reset your password through that provider instead.
