How to change your Powtoon password

You can update your Powtoon account password at any time from your account settings. This article walks you through the steps and lists the password requirements.

Before you start

You must be logged in to your Powtoon account to change your password. If you have not yet logged in, go to powtoon.com and sign in first.

Note: If you signed up using a third-party login (such as Google or SSO (single sign-on)), your password may be managed by that provider rather than Powtoon directly. In that case, the Change password option may not appear in your account settings.

How to change your password

1. Log in to your Powtoon account at powtoon.com.
2. Hover over your name in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
3. Select Account from the menu that appears.
4. Click Change password.
5. Enter your current password, then enter and confirm your new password.
6. Click Change Password to save your changes.

Your password is updated immediately.

Password requirements

To change your password, your new password must meet all of the following requirements:

• At least one lowercase letter
• At least one uppercase letter
• At least one number
• At least one symbol
• Between 8 and 50 characters in length

Note: If your new password does not meet these requirements, the Change Password button will remain inactive or an error will appear. Check each requirement and try again.
