How to delete an object from the stage

You can delete any object from the stage in Powtoon Studio using your keyboard or the right-click menu. If you delete something by mistake, you can undo the action straight away.

Delete an object from the stage

There are two ways to delete an object from the stage. Use whichever method suits you.

Method 1: Keyboard shortcut

1. Click the object on the stage to select it.
2. Press the Delete key on your keyboard.

The object is removed from the stage immediately.

Method 2: Right-click menu

1. Right-click the object on the stage.
2. Click Delete in the menu that appears.

The object is removed from the stage immediately.

Note: If you delete an object by mistake, you can undo the action straight away. See Undoing and redoing actions for more information.
