Why is My Powtoon Not Loading in Powtoon Studio?

If your Powtoon is not loading in Powtoon Studio, the cause is usually a browser configuration issue. Working through the steps below — in order — resolves the problem in most cases.

Before you begin

These steps are written for Google Chrome. If you are using a different browser, switch to Chrome before continuing. Chrome is the recommended browser for Powtoon Studio.

Steps to fix a Powtoon that is not loading in Powtoon Studio

Confirm you are using Google Chrome. Open your Powtoon in Chrome if you have not already done so.
► If you do not have Chrome installed, download it from the Google Chrome website before continuing.
Update Chrome to the latest version. Go to chrome://help/ in your address bar. Chrome will check for updates automatically and prompt you to relaunch if an update is available.
Clear your browser cache. Cached data can prevent Powtoon Studio from loading correctly. See Clearing the Cache in Chrome for step-by-step instructions.
Enable cookies in Chrome. Powtoon Studio requires cookies to be enabled. See Enabling Cookies in the Chrome Browser for step-by-step instructions.

Reopen Powtoon Studio and try loading your Powtoon again. If it loads, the issue was caused by one of the browser conditions addressed in the steps above.
