How do I dispute a Storyblocks copyright claim on YouTube for a Powtoon export?

If you exported a Powtoon to YouTube and received a copyright claim for a Storyblocks soundtrack, you can dispute the claim directly on YouTube using the royalty-free usage statement below. If YouTube does not remove the claim after your dispute, you will need to contact Storyblocks and ask them to send authorization to YouTube on your behalf.

Before you start

• Confirm that the Powtoon was exported from Powtoon and includes a Storyblocks soundtrack.
• Have the YouTube video URL ready.
• Note the title of the soundtrack you used.

Step 1: Dispute the claim on YouTube
