Folders let you group your Powtoons on the My Powtoons page so you can find what you need quickly. You can organize by project, date, client, or any structure that fits your workflow. This article covers how to create, move, rename, and delete folders.

Creating a new folder
To create a new folder on your My Powtoons page:
- Go to your My Powtoons page and make sure the My Powtoons tab is selected.
- Click New Folder on the right side of the page.
- Type a name for the folder, then click Create.
The new folder appears on your My Powtoons page.
Moving a Powtoon to a folder
You can move one or more Powtoons into a folder at the same time.
- On your My Powtoons page, select the Powtoon or Powtoons you want to move by clicking the circle in the upper-left corner of each thumbnail.
- Click Move to at the bottom of the page.
- Select the destination folder, then click Move.
► If you have not yet created the destination folder, click the Add Folder icon in the Move to dialog to create one before moving.
The selected Powtoons move to the folder. The folder displays the total number of Powtoons it contains.
Renaming a folder
To rename an existing folder:
- Click the three-dot menu on the folder and select Rename.
- Type the new name, then click Rename.
The folder is updated with the new name.
Deleting a folder
Note: Deleting a folder permanently deletes all Powtoons inside it. This action cannot be undone.
- Click the three-dot menu on the folder and select Delete.
- Click Yes, delete folder to confirm.
The folder and all Powtoons it contains are permanently deleted.
