Can I get a refund on my Powtoon subscription?

Powtoon offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on new subscription purchases and renewals. If you cancel within 14 days of your purchase or renewal date, you may be eligible for a full refund — provided you meet the conditions below.

Refund eligibility conditions

To qualify for a refund under the 14-day money-back guarantee, none of the following must apply to your account during the 14-day period:

You have exported or published a Powtoon. Exporting or publishing during the 14-day period makes a refund ineligible, in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
You have created a Powtoon longer than 3 minutes in length, even if you have not exported or published it.
You have used 5 or more AI generations (AI Credits) during the period.

If any of the above conditions apply, a refund cannot be issued.
