When does my subscription plan renew?
Your Powtoon subscription renews automatically on a set billing date. This article shows you where to find that date in your account settings, and explains what the expiry and renewal dates mean.
How to find your renewal date
- Log in to your Powtoon account.
- Hover over your name in the bottom-left corner, then click Account.
- Click Billing Information.
- Find the Next Invoice date shown on the Billing Information page. That is the date your subscription will renew and your next payment will be charged.
What the renewal date means
Your subscription plan expires one day before the renewal date, and then renews automatically on the invoice date. For example, if your next invoice date is May 3, your plan expires on May 2 and renews — and your payment is charged — on May 3.
Note: The one-day gap between expiry and renewal is expected behavior. Your access is restored as soon as the renewal processes on the invoice date.
