How can I pay for my Powtoon subscription?

Powtoon accepts a small number of payment methods for subscription purchases. This article covers what those methods are, any associated fees, and how to contact the Customer Support Team if you need an alternative.

Accepted payment methods

You can pay for your Powtoon subscription using a credit card or a bank (wire) transfer. Debit cards are not accepted.

Powtoon accepts the following credit cards:

Visa
American Express

Bank transfer (wire transfer)

If you prefer to pay by bank (wire) transfer, contact our Customer Support Team to request this option. The team will verify your account information and confirm the next steps with you.

Note: There is a USD $30 fee for all wire transfer payments.

Debit cards cannot be used to pay for a Powtoon subscription at this time.
