Third-party resell rights determine whether you can sell Powtoons you create to clients or other parties outside your own organization. This article explains what third-party resell rights are and which plan includes them.

What are third-party resell rights?

Third-party resell rights give you the ability to sell Powtoons you create to external clients or third parties — for example, if you produce Powtoons professionally on behalf of paying customers. Without this right, Powtoons you create are licensed for your own use and cannot be commercially resold to others.

Which plan includes third-party resell rights?

Third-party resell rights are included in the Agency plan. If you are on a Lite, Professional, Advanced, Pro+, or Business plan, this right is not included in your subscription.

Note: Third-party resell rights cover the commercial resale of Powtoons you create. They do not grant rights to resell or redistribute the Powtoon platform itself or any of its underlying assets independently of a finished Powtoon.
