If you are on a paid Powtoon subscription plan, your support tickets are automatically routed to the priority queue — meaning you receive a faster reply than standard submissions.
Which plans include priority support?
Priority support is available on the following paid plans: Lite, Advanced, and Pro. If your account is on one of these plans, priority support is active automatically — there is nothing extra you need to set up.
How priority support works
When you submit a support ticket, Powtoon automatically places it in the priority ticket queue. You do not need to request priority handling or select a special option. The priority queue means your ticket is reviewed ahead of standard submissions, so you can expect a faster response.
While you wait for a reply
Many common questions are answered in the Help Center, which includes step-by-step articles covering Powtoon Studio, exporting, account settings, and more. Searching there first may get you an answer faster than waiting for a ticket response.
How to submit a support ticket
- Sign in to your Powtoon account.
- Navigate to the Help Center.
- Click Submit a request.
- Complete the form and click Submit. Your ticket is automatically placed in the priority queue.
