Commercial rights let you use the Powtoons you create to promote, market, or support your business, brand, or services. This article explains what commercial rights cover, what they do not include, and which plans come with them.
Plans that include commercial rights: Lite, Professional, and Advanced.
What commercial rights allow you to do
If you are on a Lite, Professional, or Advanced plan, commercial rights allow you to use your Powtoons in the following ways:
- Create marketing content. Produce Powtoons for advertising or promoting your products and services.
- Publish on business platforms. Share your Powtoons on your website, landing pages, or company social media accounts.
- Use in client-facing materials. Include your Powtoons in proposals, presentations, or communications with customers.
What commercial rights do not include
Commercial rights are not the same as third-party resell rights. Commercial rights cover using your Powtoons to support your own business — they do not give you the right to resell Powtoons to third parties. See What Are Third-Party Resell Rights? for more information.
Note: If you are unsure whether a specific use case falls within your commercial rights, contact our Customer Support Team, who are at your service 24/7.
