How to find your MP4 download link (Classic Workspace)

If you have already exported a Powtoon and need to retrieve the MP4 file download link, you can find it through the Manage Exports option on your My Powtoons page. This article covers how to do that in the Classic Workspace.

Finding your MP4 download link

To find the download link for an MP4 file you have previously exported, follow these steps:

Log in to your Powtoon account.
Click My Powtoons at the top of the screen.
Scroll down and locate the Powtoon whose export you want to download.
Click the arrow on the right side of that Powtoon's row. A menu will appear.
Click Manage Exports. A list of your previous exports for that Powtoon will open.
Click Download next to the export you want. Your MP4 file download will begin.

Note: The Manage Exports option is only available for Powtoons that have been exported at least once. If you have not yet exported your Powtoon, you will need to complete an export first before a download link is available. See the Exporting Your Powtoon articles for guidance on how to export.
