How to use Present mode in Powtoon Capture

Powtoon Capture's Present mode lets you overlay your camera window on any browser tab, so you can appear on screen during a live webinar, online meeting, or any live event — without recording.

Before you start

Check the following before using Present mode:

• You have downloaded and installed the Powtoon Capture extension.
• You have enabled your camera in Google Chrome.

How to start presenting with Powtoon Capture

To use Present mode, follow these steps:

1. Click the Powtoon Capture extension icon in the Chrome toolbar to open the Capture panel.
2. In the Capture panel, select Present.
3. Click Design, then select the camera window shape you want. The camera window is the frame in which your face is displayed.
4. Drag the camera window to the position you want on screen, then set the window size — Small, Medium, or Large.
   ► You can reposition the camera window at any point while you are presenting.
5. Click Present. The camera window will appear on the browser tab you currently have open.

How to stop presenting

When you are done presenting, click the X button in the camera window. The camera window will close automatically.
