Powtoon's Customer Support Team handles all support requests in English only. Regardless of your plan or location, you'll need to submit your ticket in English so the team can review and respond to it.
What this means for you
Powtoon Customer Support is available in English only. This applies to all users across all subscription plans — Lite, Professional, Advanced, Pro+, Agency, and Business. There is no plan, role, or Workspace restriction on contacting support; any Powtoon user can submit a ticket.
Note: Powtoon's website is available in additional languages, but Customer Support communication is conducted in English only. Submitting your request in a language other than English may delay the team's ability to respond.
How to submit a support ticket
- Open the Customer Support contact form.
- Write your request in English.
- Include specific details about your issue — for example, the name of your Powtoon, the steps you took before the issue occurred, and any error messages you saw. The more context you provide, the faster the team can help.
- Submit the ticket. The Customer Support Team will follow up in English.
Note: If multiple team members are affected by the same issue, consolidate the relevant details into a single ticket rather than submitting separate requests.
