Powtoon does not currently provide phone support. The fastest way to get help is to search the Help Center first. If you cannot find an answer there, you can contact the Powtoon Customer Support Team directly through the support contact option available inside Powtoon.
Who can contact support
Any Powtoon user can search the Help Center and submit a support request. However, some requests should come from a specific person on your team:
- If your request involves a Workspace, Brand Kit, sharing settings, or team permissions, the Workspace owner or admin should contact support where possible.
- If your request involves account access or billing, only the user with the correct account access should submit it.
How to get help
- Search the Help Center for your issue. Use keywords that describe what you were trying to do or the error you saw.
- Open the article that best matches your situation and review the steps and any Notes listed there.
- If the article does not resolve the issue, contact Powtoon Customer Support through the support contact option available in Powtoon.
► Include your account context, the name of the affected Workspace, and a description of what you were trying to do. This helps the support team review your case faster. - If the issue affects team collaboration, ask the Workspace owner or admin to submit or confirm the request before it is sent.

Support requests that involve a Workspace, Brand Kit, or sharing setup can affect other collaborators on your team. Before contacting support for issues related to permissions, access, or shared assets, the Workspace owner or admin should review the situation and confirm the request.
