When you create a free Powtoon account, you automatically receive a free gift — no action required. The gift has two parts: a 7-day Pro trial and a bonus allocation of free AI Credits.
What the free gift includes
The Powtoon free gift gives you access to the following for 7 days:
- Pro-tier templates, scenes, characters, backgrounds, designed text, props, and shapes
- The ability to Export and download any Powtoon you create using that content
- A bonus allocation of free AI Credits to try out the Create with AI suite, including AI image generation tools
How to track your free gift timer
The time remaining on your free gift is displayed in two places: your My Powtoons page and inside Powtoon Studio. You can check either location at any time to see how many days are left on your trial.
What happens when the free gift expires
After the 7-day Pro trial ends, your account reverts to the free plan. Any Powtoons you created using Pro content during the trial will remain in your account, but you will need an active paid plan to Export them or continue editing with Pro assets.
Any unused AI Credits from the free gift allocation will no longer be available once the trial period ends.
