How Office Hours work
Powtoon Office Hours are held once every two weeks. Before each session, the topic is announced so you can prepare your questions in advance.
During a session, you can:
- Ask questions about the announced topic.
- Learn practical how-to guidance from a support-led walkthrough.
- Get help with specific Powtoon workflows.
To attend a session, use the sign-up option provided in the session announcement.
When to use Office Hours
Office Hours are a good fit when you want live, interactive support rather than self-service guidance. Consider attending if:
- You have questions about an upcoming session topic and want to ask them directly.
- You want to learn practical steps or workflows from a support-led session.
- You prefer real-time answers over reading help articles.
Limits and availability
Office Hours are live sessions — they are not on-demand support and are not available continuously. Sessions run every two weeks, and each one is limited to the topic announced ahead of time. If your question falls outside the scheduled topic, you may need to contact the support team separately.
