How to buy AI Credits in Powtoon

AI Credits (the in-platform currency for Powtoon Imagine) power two AI features: AI Avatar generation and AI Text to Speech generation. Each time you use either feature, a set number of AI Credits is deducted from your account balance. This article covers how AI Credits are allocated by plan and how to buy more when you need them.

AI Credits included with paid plans

Several Powtoon subscription plans include AI Credits as part of the plan. The number of AI Credits you receive depends on your plan and billing cycle.

Lite Monthly includes 150 AI Credits. Lite Yearly includes 300 AI Credits. Professional Monthly includes 350 AI Credits. Professional Yearly includes 500 AI Credits. Advanced Monthly includes 800 AI Credits. Advanced Yearly includes 1,200 AI Credits.

AI Credits are added to your account balance as soon as your plan is active and can be used immediately.

Buying additional AI Credits

If you run out of AI Credits, you can purchase additional credit packages directly through the Powtoon platform. Three packages are available.

125 AI Credits cost $49 USD. 300 AI Credits cost $99 USD. 450 AI Credits cost $149 USD.

Once purchased, AI Credits are added to your account balance and are available to use straight away.

How to purchase AI Credits

1. Log in to your Powtoon account.
2. Navigate to your account or billing settings within the platform.
3. Select the AI Credits package that fits your needs.
4. Complete the purchase. Your new AI Credits are added to your balance immediately.
