The following reasons may explain why you are unable to save your Powtoon:
- You are not logged in to your account (where the Powtoon was created). You can sometimes be automatically logged out of a user session.
If this is the case, log in to your Powtoon account, open the Powtoon that you were working on, and click the Save button.
- You are in the process of uploading a large image or audio file. Try saving again after the file has uploaded successfully.
- Your Internet connection is interrupted while you are attempting to save. Wait until your Internet connection is stable and then try saving again.
