Sharing your Powtoon to MS Teams

Exporting to MS Teams from the Player Page

To share your Powtoon to MS Teams, you need to first export your video to a Powtoon Player Page.
  1. On the Powtoon Player Page, select the MS Teams icon


  1. A pop-up will appear. You will need to select the MS Teams account you want to share the Powtoon from.


  1. Select the individual or team you would like to share it to. In the example below, the Powtoon will be shared to the Powtoon team. 
  2. Click Share


You will get a message that indicates the link has been shared, and you can go directly to teams to check it out.


 

Exporting to MS teams from the Studio

  1. In the Powtoon Studio, click on the Publish/Export button in the top right corner.


  1. If you are logged out of MS Teams, you may need to log in.
  1. Select the individual or team you would like to share it to. In the example below, the Powtoon will be shared to the Powtoon team. 
  2. Click Share


You will get a message that indicates the link has been shared, and you can go directly to teams to check it out.
