Powtoon privacy settings are defined in the export flow.
If you have a free subscription plan, your privacy setting will be set to Public by default and cannot be changed. A public Powtoon is searchable in search engines.
If you have a paid subscription plan, your privacy setting will be set to Unlisted by default. An unlisted Powtoon is not searchable in search engines.

Note:
If you purchased a subscription plan after having a free subscription plan, you may want to change a Powtoon's privacy setting from Public to Unlisted. To do this:
1. Duplicate the Powtoon on the My Powtoons page.
2. Delete the Powtoon that was searchable in search engines.
3. Export the duplicated Powtoon with the Unlisted privacy setting.
